Shipping & Returns
Shipping within Australia
All items are shipped via Australia Post Express Post. We offer a flat rate of $10 for shipping in Australia. If in stock, items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of ordering and usually take 1-3 business days to arrive. As most pieces are made to order please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. We will notify you via email once your item has been shipped.
We offer a flat rate of $25 for international shipping. Please allow 10-14 business days from shipping date depending on location for all international orders. Items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with the national laws of that country. As the buyer you are responsible for any duties and taxes incurred. If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination. Mavro Jewellery is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
An Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 10% is included in the retail price of each item sold.
If you are purchasing an item as a gift for someone, we are happy to include a gift card with the package and send the invoice to a separate address. Contact email@example.com for details.
Returns and Exchanges
Please choose carefully as Mavro Jewellery will offer a refund only in the case that the item is faulty. However we are more than happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of purchase providing that the item must be in its original condition with original tags attached. If the item has been worn we cannot offer an exchange. The buyer is responsible for any shipping or handling fees of the returned item. Please ensure that any item being returned is carefully packaged in its original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase. An exchange or refund will only be offered once the returned item has been received by Mavro Jewellery and undergone a quality control check. There is no exchange on special orders, custom pieces or sale items.
We are more than happy to offer a repair service for damaged items. Repairs are assessed by case and may incur a fee.
Damages and Faults
We take great care in making sure all our products are made to the highest quality and that they are in perfect condition when sent to you however very occasionally there may be a fault we didn't find. Please keep in mind that jewellery and gemstones are delicate and should be handled carefully. Any breaking from mishandling, or wear and tear in the course of normal use are not considered faults. Please see our Jewellery Care instructions on the website for further information on how to look after your jewellery.
If an item arrives to you and is faulty or broken do not hesitate to contact us, we will happily replace or provide a full refund if the item is no longer available, provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with details and a photo of the damaged piece and we will be happy to help if repairing is possible.
In the case of a refund, please allow up to 14 days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited.
Please note that unfortunately, returns may not be made from a Mavro Jewellery stockist. Please visit the stockist the item was purchased from and follow their Returns Policy.
