Customer Care

Availability

We do our best to ensure we have as much stock available as possible, however due to the fact that all items are made by hand, if your item is not in stock it can take up to two weeks to create from the date of purchase. If you need to know the exact availability, or need something by a certain date please email us: anny@annyapostolidis.com.au.

Jewellery Care

Every piece of Anny Apostolidis Jewellery is hand-crafted and we endeavour to create jewellery of the highest quality, using the highest quality materials. We do not use any synthetic or dyed stones, all our stones are natural and need to be treated with care. Many gemstones, in particular Opals and Moonstones, are fragile and can easily crack if dropped or knocked. To prevent tarnishing of metal and damage to stones, do not spray perfume directly on to your jewellery. We also recommend removing any jewellery when sleeping to prevent any accidental damage and always remove jewellery when showering or swimming to prevent tarnishing. To remove any tarnish you can always use a store bought jewellery cleaner or polishing cloth, just be sure to read any instructions, especially regarding gemstones and pearls.

How do I know my ring size?

If you don't already know your ring size then there are a few ways to find out. The most accurate way is to go to a local jeweller and ask them to size your finger for you. Otherwise, cut a length of some string or a strip of paper about 1cm wide and wrap it around your the finger where you want the ring to fit, make sure it's snug but not tight. Mark the paper or string where it completes the circle, then take a ruler and measure the length in millimetres. Below is a chart that will give you an indication of what size ring you will need (all our rings use Australian sizing). If you are between sizes, choose the larger size. Anny Apostolidis Jewellery is responsible for sending you the ring size you ordered however you are responsible for determining your own ring size. If you are having any problems figuring out your ring size feel free to contact us at anny@annyapostolidis.com.au and we'll do our best to help you!
